Delivery:
How is my order processed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after payment. Please carefully check your street address and house number.
We will process your order from our stock right away and send you a Track & Trace code. Note: this tracking link typically becomes active 6 to 12 hours after you receive the email.
Once Bpost or DPD registers your package at their depot, you can track its journey to your home using the provided link.
What are the delivery costs?
Baenk delivers to all European countries. You will find the rates for each country below, along with the order amount that qualifies for free delivery.
Please note: Any import taxes for countries within the European Union are NOT included in the shipping costs.
What are the average delivery times?
Delivery times for Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg:
Processing time: 0–2 days (Monday to Saturday)
Transport time: 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery times for Europe outside Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg:
Processing time: 0–2 days (Monday to Saturday)
Transport time: 1–5 days (Monday to Saturday)
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Baenk and are not guaranteed. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from order receipt.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
Don't worry! If you're not home, your package will be safely stored at a nearby Bpost point. You'll receive a notification in your mailbox with details. You can then collect your order from the Bpost point within 5 days of delivery. For your convenience, you can also track your package digitally using the Track & Trace code we've sent to your email.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer needs to provide a return shipping label. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
